Training

With an adequate knowledge of the product, even the most specific cleaning needs can be satisfied. TSM provides training courses on its entire product range to improve its use and maintenance. The training courses are aimed at potential and active distributors to learn about TSM and to improve their knowledge about our products. In particular we provide training to:

  • Sellers, to train them on the potentials of each product so they can provide not only a real customer service for the correct identification of the product for the cleaning need, but to prepared them for product demonstrations, knowing the strength points.
  • Technicians, in order to teach them on how the machines must be stored to maintain their longevity and high performances.
